Return Address

The return address will be provided after your return request is reviewed and approved.

Please do not send returns to the address on the package unless we confirm it by email.

Return Shipping Cost

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.

If the return is caused by a defective product, damaged item, or incorrect item received, please contact us with photos or videos so we can review the issue and provide a suitable solution.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund is approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refund processing time usually takes 5–10 business days after the refund has been issued, depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Order Cancellation

If the order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow our return process after delivery.

Address Errors

If a package is delayed, returned, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, ModTenn may not be responsible for refunding shipping fees or reshipping costs.
