Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
Return Window
We accept return requests within 30 days after the order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- Unused
- Unworn
- Clean and free from sand, dirt, water damage, stains, or odor
- In its original packaging
- In the same condition as received
- With all included accessories, labels, or packaging materials if applicable
Items that have been worn outdoors, used at the beach, used in water, or damaged due to improper use may not be eligible for return.
How to Request a Return

Please include:
- Your order number
- The email address used at checkout
- A clear reason for the return
- Photos or videos if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect
Please do not send any item back before contacting us and receiving return instructions.
Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return Address
The return address will be provided after your return request is reviewed and approved.
Please do not send returns to the address on the package unless we confirm it by email.
Returns sent to the wrong address may be delayed, rejected, or not eligible for refund.
Return Shipping Cost
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.
If the return is caused by a defective product, damaged item, or incorrect item received, please contact us with photos or videos so we can review the issue and provide a suitable solution.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund is approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refund processing time usually takes 5–10 business days after the refund has been issued, depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund to your account.
Non-Returnable Items
We may not accept returns for:
- Used or worn products
- Products with sand, dirt, stains, odor, or visible wear
- Opened or damaged packaging that makes the item unsuitable for resale
- Items not in original condition
- Items returned without approval
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Items damaged due to failure to follow product instructions
- Orders outside the 30-day return window
- Final sale items if clearly marked as final sale
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We will review your case and provide a suitable solution, which may include a replacement, refund, or other support depending on the situation.
Size Issues
Please check the size guide carefully before placing your order.
Our flip-flops are designed to fit true to US sizing. If you are between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for a more comfortable fit.

Size-related returns or exchanges may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. The item must be unused, unworn, clean, and in its original packaging.
Product Use and Results
Please follow all product instructions carefully before use.
The signature footprint effect may vary depending on sand texture, moisture level, walking pressure, surface condition, and environmental conditions.
The footprint usually appears best on soft, slightly damp sand. Results may be less visible on hard, dry, rocky, or uneven surfaces.
We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper handling, unsuitable surfaces, or failure to follow care instructions.
Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at:

If the order has not been processed or shipped, we will do our best to cancel it.
If the order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow our return process after delivery.
Address Errors
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing an order.
If a package is delayed, returned, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, ModTenn may not be responsible for refunding shipping fees or reshipping costs.
Exchanges
At this time, we may handle exchanges on a case-by-case basis.
